Any “starting from” figures are directional only and are not a final quote, contract, or offer. A project price is confirmed only in a written agreement after scope, site conditions, delivery, foundation direction, finishes, and schedule are reviewed.
Enquiries
Submitting the contact form does not create a construction contract. It is a request for conversation. We may decline or delay a project where site, access, timing, or scope is not a fit.
Intellectual property
Text, photographs, drawings, and brand marks on this site belong to Tiny Lux Homes or its licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without written permission.
